Freshbooks makes it easy!
I'm not too techie, but setting up customers, stripe, putting together invoices, etc. has been one of the easiest parts of starting a business! The reminders help keep certain things on autopilot for me - meaning the money arrives when it should, not when I remind myself to bill.

Using Freshbooks has saved me enormous…
Using Freshbooks has saved me enormous amounts of time and paperwork. And I don't even use it to it full capacity: I just create clients, projects, record time, and send invoices. But that is a huge advance over my previous methods.

Freshbooks has been a gamechanger for running my business. Setting up recurring invoices is a breeze and what I rely on the most. I love that there is an app counterpart that I can check on payment statuses any time. I always recommend Freshbooks when someone asks for an invoicing system!

I wish I had started using it years ago!
As a small business owner I tried to keep costs down and do my invoicing, expenses and sales tax on a google sheet. I wasted hours each month prepping invoices, preparing sales tax returns etc. Now, having used FreshBooks for a couple of years, I can safely say it saves me hours of time each month. Time that I can use to earn far more than it's monthly cost. Month end is a breeze, sales tax submissions are push button simple and I can easily keep on top of unpaid invoices and expenses. I ...

FreshBooks Works Great For Me!
I have been using FreshBooks for about 1 1/2 years and as a new sole-proprietor it has made my accounting very easy for me to manage. I am able to create proposals and turn them into invoices seamlessly and tracking payments, projects and hours worked on each project has been great. I have my bank account linked so reconciliation is easy too! My accountant has access which is great for tax season. The mobile app is great for uploading receipts and quick checking items. Definitely a go to Business Tool
The service has been great. It has allowed me to automate my services and keep my AR under control. It doesn't do everything but does enough to warrant the cost and the training of my clients to use this program for paying me. I like that Freshbooks updates the program every few months with new features. It always seems to get better and additive, then changing the paradigm I'm used to using.
