FreshBooks Works Great For Me!
I have been using FreshBooks for about 1 1/2 years and as a new sole-proprietor it has made my accounting very easy for me to manage. I am able to create proposals and turn them into invoices seamlessly and tracking payments, projects and hours worked on each project has been great. I have my bank account linked so reconciliation is easy too! My accountant has access which is great for tax season. The mobile app is great for uploading receipts and quick checking items. Quickly solved the problem
Quickly solved the problem I was having issues updating my payment method to a new credit card, there seemed to be some bug and no matter how many times I entered the information the payment method would revert back to the old one. Freshbooks responded quickly to my concern and fixed it.

Simple, Effective, and a huge time saver!

I had an issue with bank importing that…
I had an issue with bank importing that unfortunately took a while to solve. But the team at FreshBooks kept me informed every step of the way, and followed up with new developments as information became available. Ultimately the issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I am happy to have had their help!
