Love Freshbooks!
Love Freshbooks. Not only is the price point perfect for my small business, but it's also incredibly intuitive. I didn't have to struggle to learn a crazy program in order to keep the back end of my business in order. I have enough balls in the air as a new business owner, so I needed this aspect of my business to really work for me. Couldn't speak more highly of this platform!

Excellent customer support
Every time I call into Freshbooks, the customer service staff makes every effort to help address my questions or concerns. I appreciate the support very much, it makes all the difference for a small business like mine!

I love FreshBooks
I love FreshBooks! I've spent many years using Quickbooks at places I've worked, and I tried it several times for my personal business use, but it has always been buggy, laggy, and just a pain to use. About two years ago I tried FreshBooks and thoroughly enjoyed using it from the very start. It's so easy and intuitive for me to use, and doesn't slow me down or make it more difficult to keep track of things, or getting invoices out and getting paid. Definitely a go to Business Tool
The service has been great. It has allowed me to automate my services and keep my AR under control. It doesn't do everything but does enough to warrant the cost and the training of my clients to use this program for paying me. I like that Freshbooks updates the program every few months with new features. It always seems to get better and additive, then changing the paradigm I'm used to using. I love Freshbooks! They provide me with the ability to invoice anyone, anywhere in a simple and easy platform. My favourite tool that I always use is the reminder feature. That way I'm not having to think about following up with payments!

Well designed UI
I have been using FreshBooks for maybe two years and still really like the interface. It makes billing (almost) a pleasure. Their customer service is good, too.
