I am retired
I am retired. With the advent of Covid I agreed to take on a special project for my former employer. Fresh books was the answer for me to track my time, expenses and billing for a very reasonable price. It is easy to use and sure beats spread sheets plus produces a professional looking invoice. Terrific, scaleable program.

Couldn’t Be Easier!
Freshbooks has made bookkeeping a breeze for me. I have it attached to my business accounts so I only need to jump into it 2 or 3 times a month to make sure my income and purchases are reconciled and balanced, but it does all the the heavy lifting for me. Last year was my first time being in business for myself and I used Freshbooks on a recommendation. When tax time came around, I printed 3 or 4 sheets of paper, went to my tax professional, and she got everything she needed off the pages. ...

Essential for my freelance business
I use Freshbooks to track hours and create and send invoices for my freelance writing business. I regularly juggle 8+ clients at one time, with a mix of hourly and project-based engagements, so it's essential to use a tool like Freshbooks to keep organized. The time I save with Freshbooks more than pays for the subscription itself. I've recommended it to many fellow freelancers.

Freshbooks has been a gamechanger for running my business. Setting up recurring invoices is a breeze and what I rely on the most. I love that there is an app counterpart that I can check on payment statuses any time. I always recommend Freshbooks when someone asks for an invoicing system!

FreshBooks Works Great For Me!
I have been using FreshBooks for about 1 1/2 years and as a new sole-proprietor it has made my accounting very easy for me to manage. I am able to create proposals and turn them into invoices seamlessly and tracking payments, projects and hours worked on each project has been great. I have my bank account linked so reconciliation is easy too! My accountant has access which is great for tax season. The mobile app is great for uploading receipts and quick checking items.
