Freshbooks offers a very well-rounded product at a reasonable price, compared to alternatives. It's also much easier (and more enjoyable) to use. The couple times I've needed to reach out to support, the followup came in a reasonable timeframe. All-in-all I'm a happy customer.

I am retired
I am retired. With the advent of Covid I agreed to take on a special project for my former employer. Fresh books was the answer for me to track my time, expenses and billing for a very reasonable price. It is easy to use and sure beats spread sheets plus produces a professional looking invoice. Terrific, scaleable program.

Easy to navigate and use
Freshbooks has been a great tool for my independent graphic design business. It is easy to navigate, set up projects and invoice clients. I have a couple nuances that I'd change if I could, but very satisfied. I've trialed other services and felt the interface was more complex than what I wanted.

Freshbooks is amazing!
I love using Freshbooks! I find everything about the software beautiful, intuitive, and simple to use. I recommend it to all small business owners I meet! I love that my invoicing looks professional, and I get paid faster. My only feedback is that I wish it were possible to quickly upload PDF receipts to my Expenses from Google Drive — the only two options are from My Computer or Dropbox. Since my receipts are automatically saved to Drive, this creates an extra step for me. All in all, I ...

An excellent experience all round
An excellent, well designed and easy-to-use UI that is a genuine pleasure to use. Using the software has really helped me in my business. The team have also been very helpful and responsive when I've contacted them.

I love Freshbooks
I love Freshbooks! They provide me with the ability to invoice anyone, anywhere in a simple and easy platform. My favourite tool that I always use is the reminder feature. That way I'm not having to think about following up with payments!

I used to have a second business, and wanted to keep the books separate from my primary business. When I spoke to FreshBooks customer service, they set up my second business free of charge, so that I didn’t have to subscribe twice.
