What do you like best? Recurring billing profiles for clients. Saves lots of time. What do you dislike? The time tracking is horrendous. They should have an offline tool...and you should be able to create tasks directly from the time tracker. I also don't think Freshbooks is very friendly with fixed pricing models. A huge upgrade from Excel, or any other manual invoicing process that quickly gets out of hand as you add customers. Excellent customer support. What do you dislike?
