What do you like best? I like how Freshbooks is much easier to use than QuickBooks Online. It is easy to add customers/clients and it is easy to invoice or bill out customers for work that you have completed. Invoicing is my favorite part. What do you like best? Freshbooks makes time tracking, expense tracking and invoicing a BREEZE. I used to struggle and dread invoicing my clients--where are all those little taxi receipts? What do you like best? Very functional and easy tool for invoicing and payments. It is extremely easy to use. You can be set up and ready go very quickly. Their customer support and training are superb. What do you dislike? I would love to see Freshbooks add more accounting functionality. What business problems are you solving with the product? Freshbooks is a great program for sending a quick customized invoice by email to your customer.

What do you like best? Freshbooks gets invoices to professional services customers quick and tracks by email that the customer received the invoice and read it. A new Freshbooks customer can send an invoice after a very quick and easy setup process. What do you like best? I love how easy it is to invite freelance staff to projects. What do you dislike? I don't like that the app doesn't sync with the web application. But I think that parody is coming. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
