Great product, even better customer service!
FreshBooks has been an enormous boon to my business(es and has easily paid for itself in terms of time saved and headaches prevented. They often add new features or functionality, and their customer service is unbelievable - give them a call and a real person with real answers picks up on the first or second ring. No phone tree, no "let me escalate that," no "let me get back to you," just helpful service at the drop of a hat.I have referred several friends to FreshBooks and even used them ...

Great product but I have some suggestions to improve it
Excellent product that makes it almost addicting to enter your expenses and other accounting. It can however be improved through some added features and modernization of the UI/UX:-Multiple businesses under one account-a "Favourites" for Expenses-better search. Keyword search entry (includes client, project, vendor notes in one search-Editable categories-"Take Photo" and "From Photo Library" in main Add Expense UI -"Use Last Photo Taken" in Expenses UI entry-GPS enabled entry (it would know ...

Can your add in DO into Freshbooks?
I am actually a fan of Freshbooks. It really save a lot of time in our book keeping and invoicing to customers. However, it will be good if Freshbooks can incorporate with the DO function into the program. That will be the best.

Only use the software for time tracking and estimated billing
--user friendly, great interface, do not outsource customer service--need more time tracking reports, for example it just seems crazy that you cannot run a report by client for either hours tracked or estimated billing. I talked to customer service about it but their recommendation was cumbersome and not something I could export efficiently --Exporting to excel does not export subtotals/totals on reports like "Timesheet Details" or any formatting. When I export from Intuit Payroll to Excel, ...

Best thing I've done for my business.
Freshbooks was the best thing I've ever done for my business. Not being an accountant, I found products like Quickbooks and others to be confusing, and not user friendly. With Freshbooks, it's actually fun to use! Easy to invoice, and with recurring invoices I never forget to bill. Loading expenses into the system is a snap with my mobile phone, and reports are easy to run.Of all the software I own for the business, my Freshbooks account would be the very first to be replaced, not because ...

Pulp & Pixel loves Freshbooks!
I absolutely love what I can accomplish with Freshbooks. We're still a relatively small business and Freshbooks makes managing clients, projects, and contractors a breeze. There are still a few features I would like to see: better handling of partial payments, and some way to request a retainer/deposit on an estimate. Otherwise, they've consistently been improving the service and it is worth every penny!
