Great product with stellar support that has a few kinks
Freshbooks makes tracking time for one client very easy. However after a year of using the free version (since I had only one client, I acquired a second client and was only to happy to start paying for the excellent service. However I have to say I haven't been 100% happy with it for tracking two time for two clients. I wish it would retain separate invoice numbering formulas for the two clients - I am definitely going to end up invoicing one client with the other client's invoice #. I ...

I finally have a professional way of keeping track of my business
I have been in business for over 10 years and have always kept track of my business accounting via spreadsheets. Since I am a professional organizer, I made those spreadsheets work, but it was not an ideal situation. QuickBooks seemed more than what I needed and the learning curve seemed high. Freshbooks is the only software for me!
Wow! Five stars for Freshbooks! This software has saved me oddles of time, and makes me look like a true professional! I can't imagine operating my business without it!

Easy and Reliable!
I've been using FreshBooks for nearly a year now, and it has been a great experience. It has all the tools I need for time tracking, project tracking, invoicing, reporting, and even payment integration at a great price that anyone can afford. I can login and see received income, outstanding invoices, and even send payment reminder automatically. Truly a great piece of software and I highly recommend it to pretty much any small to medium service oriented business!

my thoughts on Freshbooks
My small business is a one-woman-show. I don't have the staff to do my invoicing and an accountant just costs way too much. I would not be able to do my invoicing without Freshbooks. I think the site is quite intuitive, and therefore, easy to use. If you do have difficulties or questions, the staff responds quickly and are patient. If you don't get it the first time or can't clearly articulate your question, they can help you with that, too.
