Great product, great service

FreshBooks provides a very easy-to-use system for any small business with invoicing needs. As long as you have enough clients to justify the monthly fee, it is completely worth it. It simplifies the invoicing/expense process, and gives you a nice sheet to hand to your accountant at the end of the year. And if anything DOES go wrong, FreshBooks support is extremely responsive and helpful.

Excellent user interface and customer service

Freshbooks is excellent and has a super easy user interface to work with. You can pull reports, timesheets, invoices, annual reports etc within seconds. I would highly recommend Freshbooks to any company or independent contractor. If you have any questions the support team at Freshbooks is super awesome. They always help and problem solve right on the spot. You never talk to a machine it is always a person. Excellent customer service.

Love the simplicity

We have been using Freshbooks for years now, and it's indispensable tool for our business the day when we started using it.The only and only thing they are missing is, that I can't insert or remove any invoice from in between, and it won't reorder subsequent invoices.Keep up the good work. :-

What do you like best? Freshbooks is so much less complicated than complex accounting software like Quickbooks. We don't have to worry about inventory or other brick and mortar aspects, and Freshbooks does everything we need it to in a simple and efficient way. What do you dislike? Nice Invoices - Needs Better Interaction With Other Services

We are using FreshBooks to invoice our clients for a therapy practice. The invoices themselves are great, and look professional. It is wonderful being able to store the clients' contact information and send invoices out more than one at a time via email. Have some crucial features, missing polish.

I switched from zoho invoice, which was very capable, as it didn't have a crucial feature for my work: the ability to log time off-line on the mobile app. I do hourly consulting in the city and the time for me to do my logging is in the subway where there is no network access, so freshbooks was my savior.
