What do you like best about FreshBooks? The ease of creating/sending invoices. The ability to pull reports for an individual company's invoice and readily see that revenue stream. Every time I have called with a question, customer service has been beyond polite & helpful. They are thorough and will not get off the phone until my questions/needs are met. They are consistent & offer service that is 5 stars every time!

Because of the convoluted way we had to do things with outdated software, as the Billing Clerk for a small company, the task of creating ONE invoice took me sometimes half a day. What do you like best about FreshBooks? I love the app - I can record expenses in real time and don't have to rely on my memory or going back through email receipts. What do you like best about FreshBooks? Very easy to use and tailor to individual needs What do you dislike about FreshBooks? I wish it were a bit less expensive annually for the number of clients I need to add What problems is FreshBooks solving and how is that benefiting you? Templates and prices are easily created and changed so new invoices can be created and sent in moments. At the end of the year I can print out an easy report.
