Love it, user friendly and reliable.
I'm a new business owner and we chose Freshbooks as our accounting program because of the features, ease of use, good pricing, great customer support and mobile app usage. The program has not only met but exceeded our expectations. We also love the information provided on the homepage, it gives a nice quick glimpse of your business's monthly stats.

Freshbooks is Fantastic!
Freshbooks has allowed me to know day by day where my finances are at.I put in expenses every day, invoice clients and track employee time. Takes minutes and I have a full report.It is incredibly user friendly!Thank you for making my life so mich easier

Love it, user friendly and reliable.

FreshBooks is the most user friendly accounting program I have ever used.
FreshBooks has helped to organize my business in every way: invoicing, estimates, client database, emailing clients, keeping track of expenses and outstanding accounts - it has transformed my business!!

Like it a whole lot
I am not a math brain so I need easy to understand stuff when it comes to accounts. I am an entrepreneur...which means I am more interested in running the actual business. But money is important so the Feshbook barcharts, coloured highlights on partial payments and scrollover outstanding payments are great for me. We also adapted Freshbooks and linked it with are booking system and email marketing... NICE!!!!

Simple and easy bookeeping!
What do you like best? Used it a few years back, it was awesome for invoicing clients both ad-hoc and on a subscription basis. Automatically collect payments using PayPal (and I'm sure other services now. Huge help, awesome year-end reports and things. What do you dislike?
