Easy to Use

It is very easy to use as well as the cost is very reasonable. When compared to QuickBooks online, it offers more for the price.One thing, I am on the fence with this app as it tries to determine and categorize the expenses that get downloaded and it often makes mistakes. It's a new feature but I end up having to change it.

FreshBooks is easy and intuitive (pun intended)

I loved FreshBooks from the start. It was easy for me to begin using and sending invoices immediately. The interface is not intimidating or complicated. Very simple to become a user.

There are some interface issues that need work

Overall I am a happy client but the interface issues can be nail biters.I love getting a notice when I get money in, it's nerve wracking when the interface goes down and invoices do not go out.

Freshbook has helped me to have more discipline with my time tracking and my invoicing.

Overall a good software for business follow up. The more you use it, the easiest it is. It requires some efforts and searches at the beginning. Still some features to be added i.e. attachement of an appendix to an invoice is not possible...(in my understanding. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of communications with the customer service department because something is constantly going wrong in Freshbooks. The most recent was that my credit card had to be replaced. At first none of the old items were imported and the new credit card syncing gave me an error. I signed on with FreshBooks at the request of a client who used the service in their consultancy. I needed to track hours worked for a variety of projects and found it easy to keep the time clock up and switch between projects throughout the day.
