Freshbooks - easy and intuitive first-level solution
Our firm purchased Freshbooks this past year. It was the perfect solution for a small consulting firm with subcontractors and multiple clients. It is extremely easy to use, super intuitive and makes time tracking and client invoicing very simple. Our subs each have their own accounts and track time against common projects that we can aggregate for client billing. User Friendly FreshBooks!
This system is well put together for a small business owner without a lot of experience in finance and budgeting. The customer support is wonderful and you always get to talk to a real human right away, pretty cool stuff. I would like to see more expense catagory recognition for repeated/weekly expenses.

The BEST for small business!
I used another online accounting software for years and was just simply overwhelmed! Freshbooks has simplified my accounting so much that I actually don't mind logging in to create another invoice!

The best Co-pilot for any new business or freelancer.

Our only regret is not joining FreshBooks sooner!
We are a small business and we used to spend hours calculating our billing and generating invoices. FreshBooks has allowed us to turn a 3 day grueling process into a 1-2 hour task. FreshBooks is worth every penny because it has freed us up to actually "work".

I get paid now!
I love my work as an independent consultant in a sector of the non-profit world. The part I hated was invoicing and following up on late payments. My homegrown system was time consuming, so I'd put it off. Which meant I didn't get paid! Freshbooks has changed my experience, my attitude and my cashflow.Clients love that invoicing is timely, that their statements are available online, and that they are automatically notified when I receive their payment. I love that I get paid with no hassle!

Absolutely love this company!
When I was first introduced to FreshBooks I was hesitant because I wanted a free solution; but this is worth every single penny.They offer a wide variety of tools for any small business and they are all extremely simple to use. I am also a big fan of the mobile application, it's nice to be able to take a picture of receipts and create an expense on the go.

Love, love, love Freshbooks.
I've been using Freshbooks for about 2-3 years now. During that entire time, Freshbooks has worked efficiently, smoothly, and consistently. When I have a question or need help, I just pick up the phone and I'm sent straight to a friendly, helpful, efficient customer service member. What more could you want? I would recommend Freshbooks to any small business owners, contractors, or self-employed individuals. Wish more companies would act like them!
