In the last year I moved my company from quickbooks over to Freshbooks. Of the many easy to use and effective cloud-based features the thing that set Freshbooks apart from other services was their unmatched customer service. From the first email to the last phone call you will get all of your questions answered.

Freshbooks just works and stays out of the way.

I have a annually recurring business with ~100 customers. My previous accounting service would goof up invoices, loose information, and send e-mails to people it shouldn't. Freshbooks does none of these things, and months go by where I don't even have to log in. Everyone gets the right invoices, late fees are added automatically, and money just shows up in my business checking account. I love Freshbooks. Freshbooks meets most of my needs

I love a lot of things about Freshbooks. The invoices are awesome, it connects seamlessly with my bank account. I love the time tracking functions, the ability to have multiple projects per client. The estimates system is very nice, and make invoicing clients from estimates is easy. I wish that there was an easy way to input income that doesn't go through Freshbooks. I like freshbooks because it permits do what i want to do. I would like it to be more "modern" with a responsive design and a much better UX so I can use it faster, but the way it works fulfils my needs. PD: we have a very competitive UX team, so if you need some, we are open to help you here XD
