Very user-friendly, convenient service

Just what I need.
I'm a solo business owner selling website design services and monthly business & marketing coaching. Freshbooks is exactly what I need to send invoices (both one-time and recurring, track time and track income and expenses. It's easy to use, and so wonderful to be able to do all of these things in one easy-to-use place.

Love, love, love Freshbooks.
I've been using Freshbooks for about 2-3 years now. During that entire time, Freshbooks has worked efficiently, smoothly, and consistently. When I have a question or need help, I just pick up the phone and I'm sent straight to a friendly, helpful, efficient customer service member. What more could you want? I would recommend Freshbooks to any small business owners, contractors, or self-employed individuals. Wish more companies would act like them!

Great for freelancers
Easy to use and the iPhone app makes tracking expenses super easy. With expenses it would be better if you could add different currencies.I’d love to be able to customise the design of the invoices more, but overall Freshbooks saves me heaps of time and reminds me to keep on top of my accounting.

Freshbooks meets most of my needs
I love a lot of things about Freshbooks. The invoices are awesome, it connects seamlessly with my bank account. I love the time tracking functions, the ability to have multiple projects per client. The estimates system is very nice, and make invoicing clients from estimates is easy. I wish that there was an easy way to input income that doesn't go through Freshbooks. I like freshbooks because it permits do what i want to do. I would like it to be more "modern" with a responsive design and a much better UX so I can use it faster, but the way it works fulfils my needs. PD: we have a very competitive UX team, so if you need some, we are open to help you here XD

Freshbooks - easy and intuitive first-level solution
Our firm purchased Freshbooks this past year. It was the perfect solution for a small consulting firm with subcontractors and multiple clients. It is extremely easy to use, super intuitive and makes time tracking and client invoicing very simple. Our subs each have their own accounts and track time against common projects that we can aggregate for client billing. User Friendly FreshBooks!
This system is well put together for a small business owner without a lot of experience in finance and budgeting. The customer support is wonderful and you always get to talk to a real human right away, pretty cool stuff. I would like to see more expense catagory recognition for repeated/weekly expenses.
