I found FreshBooks very intuitive. The learning curve was short. When I have needed assistance my call to support has always been answered promptly and by a living person ready to help.

Freshbooks - easy and intuitive first-level solution

Our firm purchased Freshbooks this past year. It was the perfect solution for a small consulting firm with subcontractors and multiple clients. It is extremely easy to use, super intuitive and makes time tracking and client invoicing very simple. Our subs each have their own accounts and track time against common projects that we can aggregate for client billing. Great software that is semi intuitive

Overall, in short, this is a great tool to use in my small business. I found a few odd placement issues with where to find certain things, like adjusting taxes in the expense reports. Why would this be in the settings (up top and not in a main header section or accessible to change via link directly from the expense reporting tab? And deleting a vendor/client was a bit to figure out at first, however their customer support is spot on. So my 4 stars is really to say it's not quite perfect ...

Great for a small studio

Works very well for me and my small creative studio. Great interface, super easy to setup and manage billings, expenses and most of the business side of things.

My needs are pretty basic, but I'm glad there's room to grow if I get beyond basic. Support was attentive and very prompt.

Freshbooks still has a ways to go with improving their system.It has been very frustrating at times.I used to use Quickbooks online, but their customer service was so terrible that I switched to Freshbooks. I have LOVED the customer service at Freshbooks, but just wish their program was as comprehensive as Quickbooks online.

As a solo freelancer, I'll take any credibility boost I can get. Freshbooks gives me easy, professional invoicing and online payment that clients keep remarking about. The time tracking, accounting, and reporting features mean I don't need additional software to run my business. Over my four years with Freshbooks, new features keep getting added right when I need them. Great company that makes the "business" part of my business easy.

When I was first introduced to FreshBooks I was hesitant because I wanted a free solution; but this is worth every single penny.They offer a wide variety of tools for any small business and they are all extremely simple to use. I am also a big fan of the mobile application, it's nice to be able to take a picture of receipts and create an expense on the go.
