It is simple to use and easy to operate and manage.I like invoice creation and managing the payment receipts.

Everything I need to stay organized, track my time and get paid!
I am an independent consultant, and have no interest in accounting. I do, however, get paid by tracking my time, mileage and expenses. FreshBooks has streamlined this process, and saved me HOURS a month on simply printing out invoices. That pays for itself!

Love it, easy to use, easy access on computer and phone app
I love this program.I own my own business but am not an accountant, freshbooks is super easy to print my reports, do my tax summaries, etc.I would definitely recommend to someone, in fact I have!

Keeps me out of jail
I love FreshBooks because before I had it my business expenses were just put in a box and invoices had no way of tracking down a client. Now at the end of financial year I just send a report to my accountant. Far better than before and it was too hard to do Tax and usually had reminders and fines from Taxation Dept. As its easy to enter costs and invoices, I am always up to date. As my business has grown it's great when a client calls I can go straight to their invoice for details.

Freshbook is easy to use, but yet has the features I need.
Good product. Great customer service. If you have a question, they are easy to call to get a quick answer.
