Great starter program
Much easier to use then quick books! Only problem I've had is you can't make changes. What they have is what you get.

FreshBooks is Fabulous!
I use Freshbooks to draft and send invoices, track and categorize expenses and record payments for our small business. Freshbooks is ideal if you are not very good at the money side of things but you still want to keep the books in perfect order with minimal effort (and in my case zero accounting skills. FreshBooks is Fabulous!

A good start but could be better.
1. The app is sometimes slow and takes a while to record time. Also, I would prefer the time tracker went back to where I was in order- e.g. if I'm recording time for project X and mistakenly press for task A and want to go back and record for task B I would like it if I were sent back to project X instead of the whole menu again.2. The organization is very confusing and I always feel like I never know where to go for something because the headings aren't intuitive. Why isn't projects it's ...

Love it!
I love Freshbooks, and its ease of use. It is great for that up and coming entrepreneur without advance accounting skills. However, I would love for it to have more features such as the ability to split transactions and offer refunds.

Super Easy to Use and Helps Keep My Business Organized
What do you like best? I love that I can access it from anywhere and anytime. I also love the user experience. What do you dislike? I wish that it had more robust features and that it integrated with my kennel software solution. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? helps me track all my financial expenses, labor costs and allows me to import my financial information from Excel.

Great product, great support!
We have 7 accounts with Freshbooks and it's a great solution... The team is also great, always answering questions and they connect directly. No options to select or wait times on the phone. This company is doing everything right, we're very happy with the solution and the service!! Greatly recommended!!
