Every since signing up things just improve...nothing ever doesnt work...everything always up and running 24/7Their marketing is top notch letting users sign up for free and later they can upgrade when they like!

My Favorite things...
We love using Freshbooks for invoicing our clients, and my favorite feature is the ability to see when a client views and prints their invoice...I cannot tell you the number of times a client tells me that have not received their invoice and I look to see that they have and have printed it! Love the ease of use of the tool.

Accounting from the comforts of bed
I love the simplicity of Freshbooks. One of my favourite components of the web app and the phone app is the invoicing tool. It's simple to use, helps me keep all my clients organized, and I have at least once sent an invoice on my phone from my bed. Breakfast in bed is great but invoicing in bed is better. The reports Freshbooks produces are awesome making year-end taxes a breeze. And most importantly, the people behind Freshbooks are awesome. I love that you can speak to a human when you ...

Love Freshbooks
As a small business, Freshbooks has everything I need to invoice and get paid. They update frequently--adding services I end up loving even when I didn't even know I needed them. They have great, responsive customer service as well.

Great but the price...
Cause of the fluctuating Canadian dollar, so too does the price of my subscription. And right now it's pretty painful. I wish I could have a fixed subscription price based on my country, because I would love to keep using it. I love everything it does and how easy it is to use. But right now it's so expensive that I'm thinking perhaps I should shop around.

Quick and easy
Freshbooks is a really quick and easy way for us to register our costs and manage our invoices. I love the mobile app! Ideal for startup companies. Now that our company is taking off however I am not sure yet if Freshbooks will be able to cover our requirements.
