I have had very good customer service…
I have had very good customer service when I have not been able to figure something out. I seem to be having issues with my bank connection a couple times though. Not sure if it is all on freshbooks or if it is a combination of my bank and freshbooks. That’s the only thing negative I would have to say so far. When I called the tech support they were very helpful though.

My business is beginning to grow to a level that I can't keep track of everything in my notepad anymore and FreshBooks has been a great help. The mobile app makes it so much easier for me to log things like receipts as soon as I get them.

I’ve tried several invoicing softwares in the past and was never able to find something that felt right for me and my business. Then I came across freshbooks on a google search. As a small/micro business owner, Freshbooks is the biggest time saver we have. Tracking all our expenses is such a time saver. The invoicing is great. I highly recommend Freshbooks to anyone.
