Simply the easiest invoicing solution for small businesses
I first started using Freshbooks in 2014 after first sending manual invoices via Word/PDF and then a couple of other invoicing solutions before finally deciding on Freshbooks. Best decision ever. These guys get small business - they are constantly adding new features and are very open to new ideas from the community. Simply the best solution for me.

Good tool for small business but not close to being an accounting software
I got Freshbooks because I wanted something to manage my business accounting instead of using Excel. It is a good tool for invoicing, time tracking, expense entry and extracting using reports.It is not however an accounting software, not even close...-It does not do Journal entries (Debit, Credit-It cannot track negative expense (credit-Cannot track restaurant expenses (50% taxes do not work-Invoicing reports do not show paid dates which is as important as billed date.My accountant can ...

We would highly recommend Freshbooks to anyone looking for a simple, affordable and intelligently considered invoicing system. Not only does Freshbooks work wonderfully well, it continues to evolve, backed by the most amazing support team who really go out of their way to help. I love Freshbooks!
I run my own business and bookkeeping/#s is NOT my thing! FreshBooks makes it soooo much easier! I used the free version for a while until I had too many clients and now use the paid version. Well worth it!I was referred by a colleague to it and have referred a few others. Definitely worth giving it a try.

Freshbooks is everything you wish other accounting systems were. It feels like it is custom built for small business owners who manage their own books. You aren't an accountant, you don't think like an accountant, and your software should work the way you work.More than anything I like how accessible and paper-free it is. I don't usually publish reviews of services, but I feel it's the least I can do in this case. Freshbooks is the most user-friendly, time-saving, software I ever used. it simplified my billing process, my time tracking, and my taxes. I can more quickly see trends, follow up with clients, and monitor my business. Can't say enough positive things
