Super Simple, Quick Payment

This service is extremely intuitive and works well with very little setup required. Quickly send invoices and collect payment via email. My clients all love the simplicity of the easy payment and I love the ease of creating an invoice and tracking business.

I would be so completely lost with my Freshbooks. It literally has been a life saver for me ....secretary for my hubby and I'm in charge of invoicing... without it I would be a mess.

love it but lots of workarounds

a lot of work arounds for my business (invoicing/timesheets/contractorssome ofthe data is not as connected as it could beif you update an expense you have to reload it into invoice instead of it automatically updating/connectingcant connect contractors and tasks in the way that makes sense for different projectscant have multiple contacts for one company no time stamping int he time tracking area

Frustrating experience.

The set-up did not work for me since it limited the number of clients of my chosen plan. When I wanted to get more information and help about this problem you never responded to my e-mail. I also asked for a refund and cancelled my account . Again no response.

Great product for service providers!

Simple to use, and does everything I need, plus I love the app when i'm not at my desk. Great!

Great for small businesses

I was hesitant to use Freshbooks at first (at least the paid version because I wasn't sure my business was big enough. But I used the free version (just a couple of clients for a while and loved it, so I eventually upgraded and haven't regretted it since! It's definitely nice to have a system that keeps track of my time and projects so I don't have to deal with the headache of keeping my own system straight, and it certainly makes invoicing a breeze (they even make sure to track reminders ...

Simply the easiest invoicing solution for small businesses

I first started using Freshbooks in 2014 after first sending manual invoices via Word/PDF and then a couple of other invoicing solutions before finally deciding on Freshbooks. Best decision ever. These guys get small business - they are constantly adding new features and are very open to new ideas from the community. Simply the best solution for me.

Better than sliced bread!

My husband has a small business, that cannot afford bookkeepers, etc. I was struggling with my own little system on Excel and was not coping, by the time the Auditors needed information. We were introduced to FreshBooks by a friend and have been completed satisfied and relieved ever since. It is user friendly, easy to setup, easy to navigate and definitely a noob's dream!
