Makes life so much easier!

I used to struggle through "saving as" and updating old documents to be new documents (to serve as invoices. FreshBooks lets me do everything with simple clicks, and I love that I can check status (whether a client has opened the email in an easy view. Also really appreciate how it has amped up the look of my invoices -- way more impressive than the invoices I had crafted in WORD. Hands down, a great tool for any small business. Saves me tons of time. I couldn't be more pleased.

Easy to use and convenient

My doula agency uses Freshbooks for invoicing clients, tracking postpartum hours and paying contractors. Everything about is easy to use and the mobile app is perfect for importing expenses on the go. It would get 5 full stars if my credit union was able to connect with it.

Great for simple businesses

My business is simple with just three billable service types, and less than 5 suppliers. I also have all my expenses automatically categorised on Excel before I upload in a single shot into Freshbooks. Freshbooks is great for a simple business like mine. If you have inventory management, and many products or suppliers this may not suit

I do recommend to small businesses.

Pro: it's very easy to use. I submit my invoices right away to my clients and my clients receive right away. They too like how easy it is to get their invoices.Con: some months I may not bill but one client. I wish Freshbooks would bill per client for each month not a set monthly fee. I'm paying for something I don't use every month.

love it but lots of workarounds

a lot of work arounds for my business (invoicing/timesheets/contractorssome ofthe data is not as connected as it could beif you update an expense you have to reload it into invoice instead of it automatically updating/connectingcant connect contractors and tasks in the way that makes sense for different projectscant have multiple contacts for one company no time stamping int he time tracking area

Frustrating experience.

The set-up did not work for me since it limited the number of clients of my chosen plan. When I wanted to get more information and help about this problem you never responded to my e-mail. I also asked for a refund and cancelled my account . Again no response.

Great product for service providers!

Simple to use, and does everything I need, plus I love the app when i'm not at my desk. Great!

Better than sliced bread!

My husband has a small business, that cannot afford bookkeepers, etc. I was struggling with my own little system on Excel and was not coping, by the time the Auditors needed information. We were introduced to FreshBooks by a friend and have been completed satisfied and relieved ever since. It is user friendly, easy to setup, easy to navigate and definitely a noob's dream! The assistance you get from the staff, is beyond words, being in South Africa, you expect an answer a few days later, ...
