Makes life so much easier!
I used to struggle through "saving as" and updating old documents to be new documents (to serve as invoices. FreshBooks lets me do everything with simple clicks, and I love that I can check status (whether a client has opened the email in an easy view. Also really appreciate how it has amped up the look of my invoices -- way more impressive than the invoices I had crafted in WORD. Hands down, a great tool for any small business. Saves me tons of time. I couldn't be more pleased.

Anyone with a small business
As a small business owner I appreciate the ease of Freshbooks in allowing me to get invoices out to my clients.

I do recommend to small businesses.
Pro: it's very easy to use. I submit my invoices right away to my clients and my clients receive right away. They too like how easy it is to get their invoices.Con: some months I may not bill but one client. I wish Freshbooks would bill per client for each month not a set monthly fee. I'm paying for something I don't use every month.

Easy to use and convenient
My doula agency uses Freshbooks for invoicing clients, tracking postpartum hours and paying contractors. Everything about is easy to use and the mobile app is perfect for importing expenses on the go. It would get 5 full stars if my credit union was able to connect with it.

Great for simple businesses
My business is simple with just three billable service types, and less than 5 suppliers. I also have all my expenses automatically categorised on Excel before I upload in a single shot into Freshbooks. Freshbooks is great for a simple business like mine. If you have inventory management, and many products or suppliers this may not suit

USING FRESH BOOKS AS AN ELECTRICIAN
ENTERING TIME DATA , INVOICING, RECORDING SERVICE INFO GENERATING ESTIMATES , INVOICES IS EASY AND WORKS REALLY WELL ON A MOBILE DEVICE BEING ABLE TO SET UP MULTIPLE PROJECTS FOR THE ONE CLIENT MAKES INVOICEING PER JOB TIDY AND MAKES IT EASY TO KEEP TRACK OF COSTS AND INCOME COUNTRIES THAT INCLUDE GST FOR LABOR WILL HAVE TO MANUALLY ADD THE GST ON A PER INVOICE BASIS . Great for a small business!
My husband used to do all his bookkeeping the old fashion paper and pencil way. We were looking for a more efficient way of keeping records. I did my research online looking for the best and least expensive software.
