Freshbooks gave me my life back!
Before using Freshbooks, invoicing was something I dreaded, something that took an entire day, at times. After Freshbooks, I not only cut my work time down to a few hours, but my billing accuracy increased tenfold!Freshbooks has been very easy to use, and provides all the reports I need as well as the ability to invite my accountant to view the books and complete my taxes in a more timely fashion.Using Freshbooks was probably one of the best business decisions I have ever made!

love it but lots of workarounds
a lot of work arounds for my business (invoicing/timesheets/contractorssome ofthe data is not as connected as it could beif you update an expense you have to reload it into invoice instead of it automatically updating/connectingcant connect contractors and tasks in the way that makes sense for different projectscant have multiple contacts for one company no time stamping int he time tracking area

Great for simple businesses
My business is simple with just three billable service types, and less than 5 suppliers. I also have all my expenses automatically categorised on Excel before I upload in a single shot into Freshbooks. Freshbooks is great for a simple business like mine. If you have inventory management, and many products or suppliers this may not suit

I do recommend to small businesses.
Pro: it's very easy to use. I submit my invoices right away to my clients and my clients receive right away. They too like how easy it is to get their invoices.Con: some months I may not bill but one client. I wish Freshbooks would bill per client for each month not a set monthly fee. I'm paying for something I don't use every month.

really love the tool.pretty much have the best ux. i just need a feature to remind the client about ageing invoice.and remind me to fill the term. a little request to, the upgrade plan can be upgraded per clients added. it can be a bit frustrating to add one client, and then we have to commit to pay that many additional cost/month

Easy to use and convenient
My doula agency uses Freshbooks for invoicing clients, tracking postpartum hours and paying contractors. Everything about is easy to use and the mobile app is perfect for importing expenses on the go. It would get 5 full stars if my credit union was able to connect with it.

USING FRESH BOOKS AS AN ELECTRICIAN
ENTERING TIME DATA , INVOICING, RECORDING SERVICE INFO GENERATING ESTIMATES , INVOICES IS EASY AND WORKS REALLY WELL ON A MOBILE DEVICE BEING ABLE TO SET UP MULTIPLE PROJECTS FOR THE ONE CLIENT MAKES INVOICEING PER JOB TIDY AND MAKES IT EASY TO KEEP TRACK OF COSTS AND INCOME COUNTRIES THAT INCLUDE GST FOR LABOR WILL HAVE TO MANUALLY ADD THE GST ON A PER INVOICE BASIS .
