What do you like best? Very easy to use and gets the job done. We use this tool to do our Cloud billing quick and easily. You can email the invoices to the clients directly from the system. What do you dislike? Tool does not appear to be able to solve all our invoicing needs so we use it as a secondary tool. Excellent for small business
I am a sole proprietor and have used FreshBooks for a few years now. I was looking for a program that would help me better track my hours than a spreadsheet would. FreshBooks has been perfect for logging my hours, invoicing clients, tracking expenses, and providing all the reports I need at tax time. I love being able to include my logo in my account and on invoices. The ability to access my account wherever I am from any device has been hugely helpful; I can log data at any time, reducing ...

best experience with a software category that is industry-wide boring.
the UX of Freshbooks made me interested, but I managed to give my accountant data for 2 fiscal years. all from freshbooks. and it's really easy to keep the books on my end.loving the simplicity of use. (and the complex reporting

Easy and convenient
Freshbooks has helped me professionalize the billing experience for me and my clients. Prior to using Freshbooks, I would build invoices in Excel, transfer them into Word and save as PDFs before emailing. Clients would have to mail or hand me a check in person...and who uses checks? I also had a hard time keeping track of who paid when, and my year-end accounting was a nightmare. Now, everything is in one place, I can track who pays and when, and send automated reminder emails. FreshBooks is wonderful
FreshBooks makes running my new small business so very smooth. I don't know what I'd do without it. It is versatile, well designed and easy to use. I've been with FreshBooks for less than a year and I have already recommended it to several of my friends and associates. What an excellent service.
