What do you like best? I love that you can not only track time for clients but tag them as such so they automatically create invoices that can be sent out for payment. They just revamped their mobile app which is great for tracking time on the fly and snapping pics of receipts for expenses. What do you dislike? Great for service businesses

What do you like best? Time tracking directly to invoices is great. The mobile apps are great as well. Freshbooks saves us a lot of time with our technicians in the field and tons of time invoicing clients. Once it is all setup it automates invoicing in a way that almost no other system can. Great for small businesses: Easy to set up and use

What do you like best? FreshBooks was easy to set up and manage to track revenue and expenses, create invoices, and prepare for taxes. I don't like accounting - FreshBooks eliminated the drudgery by offering a great solution at an affordable price that delivers a good user experience. What do you like best? FreshBooks fills an important gap in my business. I am NOT an accounting or bookkeeping person by any means. In fact, this is the least favorite part of running my business. What do you like best? The amazing time tracker, by far my favorite feature, no other cloud software come close on this widget. The other great feature is that you get allow other contractors to login in add hours to the timesheet, even using the widget. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Freshbooks makes is super easy to manage my business' books. The interface is intuitive, the tools are useful and the reporting is robust. We've tried many different book keeping solutions, from excel to free software to paid, and FreshBooks is the best we've used. Good Product, Right Price.

What do you like best? We only use the invoicing portion of FreshBooks. The automation of recurring invoices (we bill monthly or annually, overdue payment notice emails, and late fees added to overdue invoices are killer! We have been able to really buckle down and manage our A/R using this program.
