Smooth sailing for my business
What do you like best? I love being able to see where I stand with profit/loss at any time. The time tracking is also excellent. What do you dislike? Freshbooks makes bookkeeping Easy
What do you like best? I like how simple it is to invoice a client... plus I can see if they have opened the email invoice. Also keeping track of expenses is very simple. With the app, I can take a picture of the receipt. What do you dislike? When syncing with my business banking... it can take 24 hours to notice the change. A great tool for small business
What do you like best? Freshbooks has made it simple for our team, as a small charity, to clearly track and bill time across projects and grants. Aside from that, it also allows all of our team members to invoice partners and clients for projects without needing to access our legacy Quickbooks accounting system. What do you dislike? LOVE FRESHBOOKS
What do you like best? The admin is so simple. The invoice designs are great. Everything about Freshbooks and their customer service are great. What do you dislike? Nothing at all. I am super impressed by Freshbooks. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I needed to do freelance invoices easily, and this was my go-to. Then Freshbooks just roped me in with their customer service and how great they are with everything else.

Simple but good
What do you like best? Simple invoicing, expense tracking. Prior to using Freshbooks we were using excel sheets and Expensify. It took hours to gather all our information to give our accountant and it was messy. Freshbooks has centralized this process and allowed my partner and I to collaborate much more efficiently. The only tool to keep accounting in order
What do you like best? That everything is so simple there! Moving to Canada 2 years ago, I had no idea about the right way of invoicing and keeping my records in new country. Time tracking for all employees
What do you like best? Our agency primarily uses the Freshbooks for time tracking and invoices. With multiple clients and projects at any given time we need to make sure all employees are properly tracking their time on projects. Some clients request more work than others so it's important for us to make sure we are delegating the proper amount of time to specific clients. What do you like best? Accounting is something I like least about working as a freelance writer... until FreshBooks made it so much easier! A lifesaver...
What do you like best? Freshbooks has been a staple in my business. From invoicing to estimates and staying on top of payment schedules, Freshbooks has been the assistant that I've always wanted.
