Intuitive accounting tool for small businesses
I just started using Freshbooks, and find the tool to be intuitive. It's easy to send out professional looking invoices. I wish it was easier to conduct digital payments through the tool to make the process more seamless to send an invoice and get paid through the same process.

Love the program - not stoked about prices
This program is so easy to use and I absolutely love using it. Our customers love the look of the invoices and we have loved having the credit card option available as well. The program is great and we would be happy to pay $25/month as was stated, but this program is apparently only available in American dollars with the exchange rate we got an unexpected bill of $37 :/ I think we will still keep the program, but using it is coming at a much higher cost than we were led to believe. The Lifeblood of a Growing Business
What do you like best? I love the automation that freshbooks provides. Once set, the system handles recurring invoicing and even allows for automated reminders. The customization options allow me to invoice in a way that works with my business model. The reporting makes end of year reconciliation a breeze and the ability to connect to my bank account to auto-import expenses saves so much time that it makes the difference between having to hire an assistant or just do it myself. Great tool for small business accounting
Freshbooks has been great at keeping me organized and on top of invoicing clients. It's easy to create an invoice and it looks very professional when they are sent to clients. I have actually told other small business owners to check out Freshbooks! I can't wait for the estimates function to be available... I think that will really help streamline and keep all my paperwork in one place.

No complaints, it's easy to use and gets the job done. Also it's extremely flexible when it comes to payment gateways.

Love it so easy and efficient
I love freshbooks! It was super easy to set up and it's easy to maintain. I've used several other accounting systems and they didn't work nearly as well as freshbooks. I'm so glad I found this. It's been a godsend!

Shiny on the outside
I'm a freshbooks user for the past 3 years or so, and I was recently registering a new company of mine with you, although this time I was forced to work with the new version instead of the classic one.I must say that the time invested in discussions with your support, waiting for bugs to be cleared, finding that many features were not pushed forward, have just been a waste, and I would have loved utilizing it for better causes.I have chose freshbooks on past experience, although my ...
