Simple and Easy

I like it, I wish it were less expensive since I don't use it too frequently. But it's a great service.

Things to improve on:

I've used a handful of different invoice templates and am familiar w/ what's available. Freshbooks excels at overall site organization, ease of use, and ability to share w/ clients, update, etc. For $15/month, for the amount I use it, it's not worth it. Suggestion #1, there should be a lower tier price point. My freelance is just supplementary to my regular job, so I may use it once or twice a month. Not worth $15. Fresh book is an amazing app and it has made accounting so easy for my small business. I wish I discovered it sooner. Great job guys!

Great Accounting Software

What do you like best? Easy to track progress throughout the month. Enjoy seeing a snapshot of where we are at in invoicing and collections. What do you dislike? Doesn't allow for as detailed tracking as I need for projects that are being worked on. We combine Freshbooks and Harvest for this reason. It works well for us. Perfect for small biz owners

What do you like best? Freshbooks makes it easy to send professional looking estimates, bills, and year end reports. It's intuitive and was easy to set up and integrate my logo. When clients get a bill, it links to PayPal for easy payment which I appreciate. It's been a great fit for me for the past 4 years. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I do not like. What do you like best? Easy to understand, get information, invoice and track payments and hours without steep learning curve. The tone of communications with the company is informative, relaxed, helpful and valuable. The CEO wrote an ebook and shared it and it was inspiring and helpful in reframing how we talk about and think about our services and pricing. Easiest way to send an invoice

What do you like best? My favorite feature is that I can see when a client logs in to view their invoice. What do you dislike? Nothing really! It would be fun to have more stats about our billing history - but for the most part, it fits our needs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I no longer have to spend time on custom invoice design and creation - it's so easy to use and can be automated.

FreshBooks makes manages invoices a breeze for my business.

What do you like best? I love that estimates are easily converted to invoices. Recurring invoices are automatically sent to clients and it's easy for them to allow auto-billing. I also like that I can see when a client views an invoice. What do you dislike? I don't have anything that I dislike. They serve all of my needs and more.
