Add additional Functions/Features

I hesitate giving a rating of 3 - it is more a 4 to 4+ - It would be most helpful to have a feature to apply credits and refunds to accounts. Also the additional customization to invoices for those of us who would like the use of "Payment upon Receipt". Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Not Bad

FreshBooks is perhaps too simple to use. It doesn't detail its charges to you on your website for tax purposes. I should be able to pull up and print out a sheet for this, but I can't. I would also like to add or modify categories for expenses, but I can't do that either. FreshBooks could do with less streamlining and more adaptability to customers' needs. I like the program a lot, so I gave it four stars, but it can be deficient.

Invoicing Like a Pro

It's very helpful to finally have professional and pleasant looking invoices to send to clients that don't take a lot of time to generate. I'd used the invoices that are included in Mac's software for years. Freshbooks is a "refreshing" way to manage your accounting needs!

What do you like best? To start off my review, I like that the program is based in the cloud. This allows me to access my information in real time from anywhere on the go. Another great feature with FreshBooks is the ability to setup multiple company profiles. FreshBooks is simple, effective and fun!

I love the FreshBooks experience and how easy it is to keep track of expenses, invoices and income for my small jewelry business. It has everything I need and nothing that I don't need. I love the recurring billing option, reminder options and payment options for my clients. I also love that I can use my existing Stripe account which is integrated into my online shop already so all of my payments go to the same place. basic, laggy & glitchy

I've been using freshbooks for almost 2 months, the experience hasn't been that great at all... It is very basic; I've previously mentioned the addition of a few tasks that would make this software a lot better.When entering data into an invoice it is very slow and laggy for most of the time, especially when you've got more a few items in description.I've also been logged out out of nowehere mutliple times while entering data.

Simple, easy and convenient

Fresh book is an amazing app and it has made accounting so easy for my small business. I wish I discovered it sooner. Great job guys!

Things to improve on:

I've used a handful of different invoice templates and am familiar w/ what's available. Freshbooks excels at overall site organization, ease of use, and ability to share w/ clients, update, etc. For $15/month, for the amount I use it, it's not worth it. Suggestion #1, there should be a lower tier price point. My freelance is just supplementary to my regular job, so I may use it once or twice a month. Not worth $15.
