Great Customer Service

Although I struggled to manage to speak to someone initially at Freshbooks, I eventually managed to speak to Rajan, who in the first instance owned the problem I was facing. Time was of the essence, and Rajan took full ownership and re-assured me of how he will help resolve my issue. Communication and time scales were exceptional, answered my questions competently and confidently. I'm pleased I got to speak to Rajan, who resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks Raj.

"The easiest way to keep track"

What do you like best about FreshBooks? I love freshbooks because it helps me to stay organized while I am working, I can time track for all of my different clients in one convenient space and send them invoices from the same area. What do you dislike about FreshBooks? I wish that the first tier of accounts was 10 contracts instead of 5. What problems is FreshBooks solving and how is that benefiting you? Freshbooks has helped me to easily keep tabs on every clients time that I spend.

What do you like best about FreshBooks? The best thing I like about Freshbooks, is that it is not QuickBooks. What do you dislike about FreshBooks? The invoice layouts are limited and could be better. What problems is FreshBooks solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to invoice, track expenses, track time, organize by project, accept payments, manage accounting tasks, and reports.

Great experience so far

Great experience so far! We evaluated a number of options before choosing FreshBooks. Ultimately we decided to go with FreshBooks, because of how easy it was to get started. I’m not an experienced bookkeeper, so ease of use was a big factor for us. So far I’m really impressed. Invoicing and time tracking are very important to us (we’re a 3 person Graphic Design shop) and FreshBooks gives us everything we need.

The perfect solution for my Small Business

FreshBooks is the perfect solution for my Sidehustle/Freelance business. I own and operate a small advertising agency. We usually work with 1-3 clients at a time. I use FreshBooks, primarily as an invoicing and expense tracking solution and find it to be intuitive and easy to use. I’d highly recommend FreshBooks — especially for small business owners who are not accounting experts but want a simple, streamlined solution to manage their books.

What do you like best about FreshBooks? Ability to create and manage customized invoices is what I like best about FreshBooks. FreshBooks integrates seamlessly with PayPal hence enhancing ease of accepting online payments. Expense tracking and managing is well done using this tool. What do you like best about FreshBooks? I love the ease of use and the way all my clients are saved in Freshbooks. I've used it for over 10 years and have all my client data stored there. I frequently look back at my old billing history to see how I've changed my packages and pricing over the years. Starting a business was not an easy task. With Freshbooks Invoicing my clients was as simple as a few clicks. Keep track of time from the mobile app. Customer service was always helpful and friendly! 1 year strong and still enjoy the service.
