Freightview has the best customer support should anything go wrong, and they are always quick for any resolution. What do you like best about Freightview? The ability to quote individual shipments across hundreds of LTL carriers What do you dislike about Freightview? Not the greatest reporting features, but that is not what we use it for. We maily use it to quote and schedule shipments, Fortunately our MRP system is able to generate the reports we need. What problems is Freightview solving and how is that benefiting you? Selecting the best LTL carrier for each individual shipment.

What do you like best about Freightview? The best things about freight view are that is works and the customer service is fast and responsive. What do you dislike about Freightview? I wish there was a way to either see liability limits or puchase additional insurance through the site. What problems is Freightview solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves us not having to get rates from each carrier.

Freightview has allowed us to centralize all our LTL freight quoting in one place, instead of checking individual carrier & broker portals - this is a HUGE timesaver, and also helps us make sure we're not missing any options for lower freight rates or faster transit times, depending on what our priority is for each load. Also appreciate that they are always working on small updates to make things work even better, as well as rolling out new features. ...

I really like the spot quote request function because it gives us the ability to submit a freight quote request via email to as many different email recipients as you wish, with a single click. The Bill Of Lading created in freightview does not have fields for the freight's receiver to write their name and sign as proof that they have received the shipment. What do you like best about Freightview? Freightview makes it easy to quote and book LTL freight from our direct carrier accounts at our carrier-negotiated rates. We book about 10-20 LTL shipments per day, and Freightview has greatly reduced the time it takes to obtain quotes, bringing them all together in one place. "Most User Friendly TMS - Great Customer Support!"

What do you like best about Freightview? The platform is very user friendly. We are able to train people to use Freightview for everything from booking shipments to tracking shipments and auditing the invoices with ease. The implmentation process was seemless and we couldn't be happier with our choice in a TMS. Customer support is top notch! What do you dislike about Freightview?
