Continue to Impress After 3 Shipments

I can't say enough good things about Freightos. 2 global shipments and 1 domestic shipment later, they continue to impress me. Most of the time, everything runs so smoothly that I don't need to communicate with them - which is amazing when you consider how confusing logistics can be. But anytime I have a question, they've connected with me immediately on live chat or by phone! Super amazing customer service but, like I said, rarely have to use it because their system works so well.

I needed to move a package from UK to USA

I needed to move a package from UK and I searched over multiple sites and even directly with large carriers (DHL, UPS, Fedex), the most competitive rate I got was from Freightos. Satisfactory FIrst ever Shipment with Freightos

My very first shipment was with Freightos . It was smooth and hassle free. My goods arrived to USA from China by sea in good time, and customs clearance was seamless. I also got 10% discount.

Freightos makes importing SO easy! It's great! Firstly, it's like a priceline for freight forwarding. You submit the amount of boxes, dimensions, where to pick up from and where to deliver to and they show all the carriers, timelines etc. Once booked, they clearly outline everything I need to submit. If anything is omitted, they quickly and clearly request the form or information. At that point, I'm completely hands-off. They do all communicating and arranging between the freight forwarder ...

They will give you good rates to fish you, and once they hold your shipment they will increase it in 50%

They are a complete joke

They are a complete joke. After paying for a shipping contract the lead time went from a few days - to nearly 2 weeks. Then they said that I had not paid them, I had to open a case with my bank, who consequently confirmed I had paid them. Until they finally admitted they did have the funds. Nearly three weeks later after cancelling they had still not repaid me in full citing the reason for the less than full amount was charges from my own bank. This again turned out to be untrue.
