Easy to use

Easy to use, great customer service!

Positive first experience

We used Freightos for the first time and we were amazed by how easy and smooth the process was. It was about time someone changes the old practices at 3PL and freight forwarder. It's more transparent, fast and I think it keeps the contractor in check. Usually, FF treats you badly, but not this time. We have started using Freightos for all our shipment from Asia. Highly recommended!

Freightos is amazing platform

Freightos is amazing platform, I use it all the time for my business: Great rates, amazing customer support, easy to operate and handle your shipments worldwide. The only downside is that the most of the shipping companies you find via the platform use 3rd parties couriers, what makes the communication with the agents throughout the shipping process a bit more difficult. Besides, highly Recommended!

Freightos was fantastic. The process of figuring out how to get your shipment from overseas is a huge headache, and there's a ton of people out there to rip you off. Freightos's marketplace made it easy for me to compare prices, and their customer service helped me with all my questions. So far So Good!

I discovered Freightos during an FBA seminar, decided to give it a try and have been very impressed so far. The ability to use the instant quoting has allowed me to more accurately calculate my COG while investigating new product and supplier options. Unlike Flexport, It has been easier as a individual sole proprietor startup to purchase short term bonds and insurance even without an LLC having been established. Took a little bit to get setup right, but now happy

Getting started was easy. Optimizing was hard. Freight companies did not want to work with Overweight containers. I helped them find vendors and we got things worked out. Ari, helped through all of this and now things are smooth and I am happy.

We've tested a lot of forwarders and…

We've tested a lot of forwarders and are sticking with Freightos. Really good service and the prices are surprisingly good. We are only doing 1 container every month or two so most forwarders aren't super interested in us. With the forwarder knowing that they need to provide good service or they won't be on the platform for long makes it much more likely that they'll take care of us. Definitely recommend them.

Great Service!

I have had great service, quick response to answer my questions and better shipping rates by using Freightos. I plan to continue using them for our International shipments from Stoney Brook Wallcoverings!
