Overall the Website Provides a Decent Service Job, But It Could Do Better
Overall the website does a great job of displaying a wide variety of shippers. The great thing is you can pay with your credit card directly through Freightos. It is an easy website to learn and use. Almost impossible to make a mistake when you choose a freight forwarder. If you are looking for easy of use and a website that takes the headache out of trying to find a freight forwarder, then Freightos.com is a great conduct business. OK but not worth the extra hassle for small savings.
I have used Freightos for several shipments over 4 months, importing regularly to the UK from Montana, USA and NSW Australia. 1. Poor communication with Freightos - As a USA based company there is often no-one on the phone or on chat available for support during UK work hours. 2. As they only deal with businesses, you would think they would automatically issue invoices/receipts but they don't, you have to ask every time. Great workaround if you don't have huge volume and want better prices on shipping. Have used them twice and everything has been super easy and fast.

We have worked with several freight…
We have worked with several freight forwarders, Freightos has been the easiest to do business with. It is an easy process and it's nice to be able to talk to an actual person who knows what they are doing. Adrian is always available to answer any questions that we may have. The pricing is also very competitive. We highly recommend Freightos.

Little communication was my only concern with this forwarder. Overall, no issues and very happy.
