HORRIBLE 1st and last experience
HORRIBLE 1st and last experience! Carrier was several days late picking up, 6 days late dropping off. Was told there will be an in-depth investigation on what happened and what if any refund that I will receive. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard anything. Freightos did not help facilitate a horrible carrier. Still waiting for my refund!

No service, paid for shipment, unable to reach customer service
No response, no service, 100% frustraation. I paid for shipping for one carton of fabric in the USA. They requested a customs invoice and packing list which I provided. I spoke to Ari at Freightos this morning and was told that I would have a Bill of Lading by 10:00 AM. It is now after11 AM and I have left 3 messages and they are not answering my calls. Very impressed so far
So far I am very impressed with Freightos having just booked my first shipment with them. 1) Their pricing is significantly more competitive than Flexport, Shapiro, Regional Express, and other well-known freight forwarders that I have done an apples-to-apples comparison with. 2) Their interface is super slick--it's like a Kayak or Expedia for international freight, allowing you to instantly compare quotes from various shippers. 3) They provide excellent sales support--fast responses over ...

STAY AWAY DONT TRY TO SAVE THIS COMPANY IS IN BETA
We love the concept, however, this company is in BETA you need to stay away. They have no right being in the market. We tried to use them and they cost us 1000's of dollars in delays, as they never shipped our cargo and kept our money. They do not VET their shippers, they say they do, however they do not know whats going on with them. We needed our goods in the states from China and after 7 days and keeping our money we still don't have our goods. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will be so ...
