We shipped from South Korea to Amazon USA recently - Once we set the ball in motion the door to door operation was very seems-less, we were kept updated throughout, will definitely use again.

STRONG DO NOT USE- EVER
My shipment is now a month and a half LATE and still not been delivered to my fulfillment center. I have expressed the urgency to their customer service and my direct contact and today I received a call that due to high volume and not enough trucks they were once again not able to deliver my shipment. It has already been rescheduled FIVE TIMES! This has cost me several tens of thousands of dollars in missed sales opportunity. I will never use again and will tell all brands that I work with ...
