Freightos has been a useful tool for international freight services. Their customer service has been very helpful when needed and even proactive at times to make sure everything went well with my shipments. Getting quotes is relatively very easy and very quick. When I have needed a quote that the automated system couldn't handle, I have received personalized quotes quickly after talking to a representative. Freightos is an amazing company to work…
Freightos is an amazing company to work with! I'm a small business and I import the components of my product to assemble in the US, so price and ease of process are my main objectives, Freightos helped me nail it on both counts. They walked me through every question I had about included fees, what I would be responsible for, who to be in touch with, and tracking. Every aspect was smooth, their vendors went above and beyond to work with mine as well!

I use Freightos to ship parts from China to the USA. They are SUPER FAST and the Freightos dashboard is very easy to use. I REALLY love UniPower Logistics Co., Ltd. because they made it very easy for me at a reasonable cost. I will be using them again! I wish their USA prices were as good as the China prices!

GREAT!!!
First experience with Freightos was WONDERFUL! They made the whole process so easy for me. Communication was great. Prices were competitive. And my shipment was delivered early! Definitely doing all of my freight through them moving forward (and have already booked my next shipment). Can't recommend enough!
