1st Shipment - Waste of Time and Unprofessional

I had a shipment of 1200 pieces from China, to be shipped to an Amazon FBA Center in the United States. I was told up front that they understood the Amazon FBA requirements, and everything would be handled. Then I had to contact Amazon myself for FBA shipping requirements; I don't understand why the forwarder could not communicate with the supplier about this. Then they tell me they need special testing and documents to ship my product to the US and if they don't get it, they can't ship it; ...

Overall it's Amazing

Overall, Freightos was great. The prices are very competitive (if you can find much better pricing, email me right away!), their dashboard is modern and easy to use and there's very little guesswork. They even had somebody call me personally to arrange final details of the shipment, and recommend a great forwarder as well. Delivered in time, with great communication all throughout (they dedicate a small team for you to chat with. So it's not a random CR every time). Happy I don't have to ...

As a first-time shipper, Freightos made shipping my products from China to the United States an absolute breeze. I didn't have to worry about what forms I needed to fill out or chase the shipping company around to get what I needed done. Freightos and the shipping company followed me up and walked me through the process step by step. I will be using them for our up coming shipments.
