I was a first time shipper- they made it easy.
I was a first time shipper. Freightos is Very professional group. I literally saved $ thousands by having access to multiple quotes from different shippers to compare against a quote from a shipper directly. Freightos would proactively contact me from the day I selected a shipping company through to the delivery time to ask if I needed help with anything. I used their online chat at one point, and had a very competent and helpful person on the other end. I would never ship without going ...

I enjoyed working with freightos but..
I enjoyed working with freightos. It was a pretty easy process, goods arrived on time & they were able to answer all my questions with the exception of DUTY. Someone with no freight background, I'd love to have someone that could help me figure which duty code applies best to my product, which is a HUGE part of the process of shipping solo. YEs, there is a duty calculator, but that might has well be in chinese. If there was someone who could help with that, even if it was an added fee, this ...
