Website is not fit for use
Please, work on your website. I have been trying to login on my account and the system does not recognize my password. I requested a "forgot password" in case I made a mistake, but the system does not update the new password, it does not recognize my google neither LinkedIn account. It is very frustrating logging in. I have to try somewhere else

Makes business logistics easier!
My go to for overseas shipments both ocean and airfreight. I have been using Freightos for 3yrs now and I haven’t had any problems shipping from the US to Africa. Makes business logistics easier!

Dumbest website of the planet -- and the worst company too!
Dumbest website on planet -- and the worst setup you can possibly encounter. No phone service -- NO chat service -- you enter information on the website and it does NOTHING -- NOTHING -- what a joke

Great experience
Freightos is awesome. They make booking shipments easy, and most of the forwarders are really good. Usually shipments arrive on time or close to it.

Simple and fast process
The whole process from quote to payment was very easy and fast. I received the exact service that I expected. It might be a little bit more expensive than their competitors but the quality of service is worth the extra money.

The platform shares the below benefits: - gives the ability to user to monitor booked shipments in a orderly manner. - connects user and shipping agents, if the second do not email user directly. Platform offers chat window for internal communication and faster coordination - shows various quotes from agents and saves time from asking for quotes directly. Less engagement , we save more time

Freightos is so easy to use and it's wonderful having all shipments in one place. It's great that I can choose the shipper as to which ones cheaper too. You can also use credit card to pay as well which not all shippers can do!

book a shipment and have no worries
i can always be sure that my shipment will arrive in time, all i have to do is book the shipment and provide all info, Freightos takes care of the rest.
