Great service with some room for growth
Overall, a great experience for my first time shipping through the Freightos platform. The communication and service provided by my freight forwarder, Seabay, was excellent. If I could provide any feedback to Freightos, it would be that their own customer service can be a little slow and disorganized, but it didn't bother me too much since they are basically still a startup and are eager to work out all the issues to make their customers happy.
