Great for comparing shipping rates
Great for comparing shipping rates. Very useful for those who have never shipped before. Be sure to plan for some potential delay, because anything could happen. There may be an occasional added fee which is not included in the original quote, this may be because different commodities will have different tax rates and fees involved, so be prepared for that. Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful.

NOT RECOMMENDED. BOOKED A CONTAINER, PAID THE QUOTE IN FULL, HAD A FIRM READY DATE. SEABAY REQUIRED ME TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT, CALLED IT A "RATE INCREASE". I CALL IT A "SHAKE DOWN" SINCE IT WAS CLOSE TO THE PICK UP DATE. SEABAY CANCELLED MY BOOKING 5 DAYS AFTER THE PICKUP DATE. AND, A DAY BEFORE A 10 DAY NATIONAL HOLIDAY IN CHINA!
