NOT RECOMMENDED. BOOKED A CONTAINER, PAID THE QUOTE IN FULL, HAD A FIRM READY DATE. SEABAY REQUIRED ME TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT, CALLED IT A "RATE INCREASE".
