For a first time shipper from China to…
For a first time shipper from China to USA, this could not have been easier. Setting up the shipment, estimating the costs, and scheduling time was all straightforward. The communication was great throughout the process and the shipper I selected was top notch as well.

Shipment cancelled without any explanation
Booked a shipment. Supplied all relevant documentation. Even communicated with the shipping company. Thought all was well and then I noticed that shipment was cancelled even though I did not as for it to be cancelled. Have emailed several times asking for an explanation and have not had any replies. Very scary when something like this happens. Will now be looking for other companies to use after this horrible experience with Freightos.
