First-time user experience
As a first-time user, Freightos is a user friendly site. I didn't expect my first shipment to be so easy. What I love is that you are able to see where your shipment location is at on a global map, as your carrier handles the shipment. I will continue to use Freightos to handle all my shipment of goods.

This was my first Freight
This was my first Freight, I had a pallet I needed to deliver from China to UK. Freightos provided me very attractive quotes. I always thought that arranging freight will be complicated process. Using freightos I was suggested to use Global Freight Management as the best cost efficient transport. I was assigned freight manager Darren who was really good as he communicated with me without delays and explained all stages of the freight process, he also arranged all the logistics for me which ...

The platform is very smooth and…
The platform is very smooth and although there's a hands-off approach there's help available at every corner. There were timely updates regarding the shipment and I got my parcel shipped at a lower cost compared to my previous agent.

Makes international freight shipments easy. You put in your information and select a forwarder just like it's Expedia. I'm happy with the service.
