Everything was in order and very…
Everything was in order and very efficient. The only thing I would like is to be informed of an approximate custom tax, days before arriving to the destination. I felt I was rushed to pay for them and it was way over our estimates for taxes. For the rest, they helped me a lot and kept constant communication with me.

Order sent to wrong address, items lost, no help hugely out of pocket
First time I have used this company and will be the last. I have paid for two deliveries, one by air and one by sea. The by air shipment has been split by the forwarder, it should have arrived within 3-6 days. Three weeks later half the order got sent to the wrong address (even though i warned them the tracking said the wrong address and they reassured me it was wrong on the tracking and was indeed coming to me!) and the other half is lost in Hong Kong. Great Service!
I have used Freightos a few times and this time is no different from the previous times. The service has been excellent, the user interface is very easy to use, all my communication with the freight forwarder is in one place, documentation saved and can be referenced at any time and I can see the status of the shipment as it departs and arrives at port. I highly recommend and will be using Freightos again!
