I’m happy we found Freightos for our freight needs. The service was excellent, we were able to find a great shipping option at a good value and the platform was convenient to get updates and communicate with the forwarder. Goods arrived on time and intact. We will definitely continue using their services.

I had a really bad experience with the Sea Freight company using FreightOS. It's probably not FreightOS's fault but they should do a better job screening these freight shippers. The shipper blamed my supplier for not communicating with them. I was chatting with my supplier waiting for the Sea Freight company to call in which they did not. They ended up giving up my spot on the ship and charged me $500 for the delay. I cancelled my shipment with FreightOS. Keep in mind that FreightOS is just ...

Highly recommend
Quick and easy to get various quotes and compare different forwarders. Process was super smooth. I love that all the communication and billing are grouped per shipment and I have control and visibility over each step of the process.
