Good service... Updates need improvement.
I just completed a shipment with Freightos: merchandise from Tirupur, India to Newark, NJ USA. I am satisfied.But they have to improve the way they update the shipment on their website. Date updates were ridiculous. It was not a big deal for me, but it was laughable. Plus, my shipment took longer than scheduled, but I was not in a rush. Will I use Freightos again? Sure. Do I recommend it? Absolutely. It's so convenient.

Very convenient and informative user interface allows user to quickly and easily see and compare a broad range of freight options with the associated costs. Very intuitive and communicative user interface while shipment was underway was especially good at facilitating communication between all parties, although the visual mapping tool was typically not up to date.

First time using Freightos and successfully shipped a full 40' container
First time using Freightos and had to ship a full 40' container. The whole process from finding a shipper, getting the custom clearance to final delivery at our destination warehouse all went off without a hitch. Communications was quick and easy and the Freightos support team always responded to my questions within 24 hours. I would definitely use Freightos again and highly recommend them to others.
