Was recommended to try Freightos. Reached out with a custom quote, and they just close my case because it's too early. Wow, thanks - you know my usual trio of forwarder all managed to price the same job and actually respond to my request. Poor way to treat a band new potential customer.

Great options. Just make sure to follow up.
Freightos platform is pretty good. Simple to fill out and receive tons of options and pricing. I was very price conscious on this shipment and basically chose the cheapest option. The merchandise arrived, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience with the freight forwarder I chose. I was constantly following up with them and directly communicating with DHL regarding the shipment as the freight forwarder was not giving me the information that I required in a timely manner.
