Adding people to database/mailing list without consent.
Never used this service in my life (or any freight company), but they've illegally added me to their marketing email database and started sending marketing material all of a sudden. No valid explanation given. They said it's because I've signed up and are a customer, but their email was telling me the benefits of the service and to sign up, which would clearly not be aimed at existing customers. Simple - Use Freightos - Consider it done.
I used Freightos and everything went perfectly, when I had issues when booking Freightos fixed this without any hassle. Good job Freightos well done.

Great tool but I should offer more…
Great tool but I should offer more support to the actual end customers, crazy extra charges are billed by logistic providers but no support from freightos, although is a good platform to find freight.

First Time importer
They made my shipment easier by offering the import broker to handle dealing with customs for me at a reasonable price. I will definitely use again.
