Disaster at Sea. Freightos shines bright.
My shipment was on the vessel that lost 1800 containers overboard and 200 more damaged in a bad storm last December. The ship was rerouted to Japan for a long layover to sort things out. My product was neither lost or damaged. Despite a 6 month delay on the shipment (out of their control), Freightos was great....consistent communication and very professional. I am a first time overseas shipper and I would use Freightos again in a heartbeat.
