Bad to worse. Not a single shipment without issue
We have used Freightos for 4 shipments, and the experience has gone from bad to worse. The first shipment took 100 days to arrive instead of the quoted 36-43 days. Constantly delayed arrival dates without much explanation other than "port congestion". Freightos were powerless in helping us to fix the issue with the forwarder. The second shipment was an air shipment that was cancelled by the carrier after we had already placed the booking. Again, Freightos couldn't do anything to ...

Delivery dates CANNOT be trusted!
We booked and paid for a shipment on April 12th. The original estimated delivery date was May 24th, and today, the delivery date has been changed to July 27th! That's a delay of over 2 months! What a joke!

Professional scammers
They took my money USD3500, and my goods worth USD 20000, now the freight forwarder has gone missing for 8 days when I contact freightos for help, they say there is nothing much they can do, according to their staff, they are based in Palestine so there is nothing much we can do to hold them responsible.
